Sikagard® AWB 665

Sikagard® AWB 665 is a high-performance, one-component, fluid-applied air and water-resistive barrier (AWB) designed to enhance energy efficiency and moisture protection in building envelopes. This seamless, vapor-permeable coating prevents water intrusion while allowing trapped moisture to escape, reducing the risk of mold and structural damage.

Made with Silica Fortified Rubber™ technology, Sikagard® AWB 665 provides outstanding adhesion, nail sealability, and abrasion resistance on a variety of substrates, including poured concrete, CMU, sheathing, and plywood. Its low-VOC, water-based formulation meets NFPA 285 fire performance requirements and allows for up to 180 days of UV exposure.
