SikaEmaco® 440 is a low-dust, shrinkage-compensated, self-consolidating repair mortar designed for large-volume structural repairs. With high early strength, superior freeze/thaw resistance, and exceptional flowability, it is ideal for form-and-pour or pump-applied applications in horizontal, vertical, and overhead concrete repairs.
SikaEmaco® 440 is a one-component, low-dust, shrinkage-compensated repair mortar engineered for large-volume concrete repairs and replacement of structural elements. Its self-consolidating formula eliminates the need for vibration, making it an efficient and reliable solution for horizontal, vertical, and overhead formed repairs. With high early strength and excellent freeze/thaw durability, SikaEmaco® 440 is ideal for interior and exterior applications in demanding environments.
