SikaEmaco®-1060 is a very rapid-setting, shrinkage-compensated concrete repair mortar designed for horizontal structural repairs requiring high early strength gain. With excellent freeze/thaw resistance, low permeability, and fast return to service (vehicular traffic in 1 hour), it is ideal for roadways, bridge decks, industrial floors, and airport pavements.
SikaEmaco®-1060 is a high-performance, very rapid-setting, cement-based repair mortar designed for horizontal structural concrete repairs where fast strength gain and minimal downtime are critical. This one-component, shrinkage-compensated mortar achieves 2,000 psi in just 1 hour and 8,000 psi at 28 days, making it the ideal solution for high-traffic areas that need to be reopened quickly.
