Short Description
SEALMASTIC™ Emulsion is a high-performance, asphalt-based dampproofing coating designed to prevent moisture infiltration in concrete and masonry structures. Available in spray, brush, and trowel grades, it provides superior adhesion, water resistance, and durability for foundation walls, parapets, culverts, tanks, and bridge abutments. VOC-compliant, fast-drying, and easy to apply, SEALMASTIC™ protects against mildew, mold, and internal structural damage.
SEALMASTIC™ Emulsion is an asphalt-based, clay emulsion dampproofing coating engineered for below-grade and above-grade applications. Formulated for foundation walls, parapets, firewalls, tanks, culverts, cisterns, and bridge abutments, it provides a seamless, flexible barrier against moisture infiltration, reducing the risk of mildew, mold, and structural deterioration.
SEALMASTIC™ is available in three grades to accommodate various application methods:
Type I (Spray-Grade) – Non-fibered clay emulsion for easy spray application, offering excellent resistance to water and sagging.
Type II (Brush/Spray-Grade) – Fiber-reinforced emulsion for a tight, durable film with enhanced strength and moisture resistance.
Type III (Trowel-Grade) – Mineral colloid, fibered asphalt emulsion for maximum adhesion, weather resistance, and durability, also usable as an adhesive for foam board installations.
This ready-to-use, VOC-compliant dampproofing solution adheres to damp or green concrete surfaces, allowing for faster project turnaround. It is an economical, easy-to-apply alternative to more complex waterproofing systems.
