Short Description
SEALMASTIC™ Solvent is a high-performance asphalt-based dampproofing coating designed to prevent moisture infiltration in below-grade concrete and masonry structures. Available in spray, brush, and trowel grades, it provides seamless, durable protection for foundation walls, parapets, culverts, cisterns, and bridge abutments. Fast-drying, easy to apply, and highly flexible, SEALMASTIC™ withstands temperature changes and structural movement.
SEALMASTIC™ Solvent-Type Dampproofing is a premium-grade, fibered and non-fibered asphalt-based coating formulated to protect below-grade and above-grade concrete and masonry surfaces from moisture infiltration. Designed for foundation walls, bridge abutments, firewalls, and parapets, it reduces dampness, prevents mold growth, and minimizes internal structural damage.
SEALMASTIC™ is available in three specialized grades to accommodate different application methods and substrate conditions:
SEALMASTIC SPRAY-MASTIC™ – A non-fibered asphalt compound for easy spray application on smooth surfaces.
SEALMASTIC SEMI-MASTIC™ – A fiber-reinforced asphalt emulsion that can be applied by brush or spray for enhanced surface protection.
SEALMASTIC TROWEL-MASTIC™ – A heavy-bodied, trowel-grade asphalt emulsion that spans small holes and hairline cracks, ideal for rough, porous, or irregular surfaces.
This VOC-compliant, flexible dampproofing solution can be applied to damp or green concrete surfaces, allowing for faster project completion. It is an economical alternative to full waterproofing systems, offering long-lasting moisture resistance with minimal maintenance.
