R-Guard® Cat 5™ is a fluid-applied, high-performance air and waterproof barrier engineered to withstand extreme weather conditions, including Category 5 hurricane winds. This single-component, Silyl-Terminated-Polymer (STP) formula bonds to damp or dry surfaces, forming a seamless, elastomeric membrane that resists air and water infiltration. Spray- or roller-applied, UV-resistant, and ICC-ES certified, it ensures long-term building envelope protection.
R-Guard® Cat 5™ is a best-in-class, fluid-applied waterproofing and air barrier membrane that provides exceptional protection for commercial and residential buildings.
