Multi-Flash™ 500 SA

Multi-Flash™ 500 SA by York Flashings is a self-adhering, non-asphaltic copper fabric flashing designed for superior durability, flexibility, and moisture protection in modern construction. Constructed with a 3 oz., 5 oz., or 7 oz. sheet of copper laminated with a polymer fabric and a butyl adhesive, it ensures best-in-class puncture resistance while providing a watertight bond for long-term building performance.

This flashing remains stable and airtight from -70°F to 250°F, making it ideal for various waterproofing applications, including through-wall flashing, transition membranes, and foundation sill flashing.
