Sikagard® FlexCoat is a two-component, polymer-modified, cementitious waterproof coating designed for balcony decks, sidewalks, stadiums, and concrete restoration. Sikagard® FlexCoat is a high-performance, polymer-modified cementitious coating formulated to protect, waterproof, and enhance concrete surfaces. This two-component system consists of a rubber-like polymer liquid (Part A) and a cement aggregate blend (Part B), providing exceptional adhesion, flexibility, and durability.
