With pre-extended aggregate, superior bond strength, and excellent freeze/thaw resistance, it is ideal for partial and full-depth structural repairs. Open to vehicular traffic in just 1 hour.
SikaEmaco®-1060 EX is a high-performance, very rapid-setting, shrinkage-compensated repair mortar formulated for horizontal structural concrete repairs. Pre-extended with coarse aggregate for consistent quality and labor savings, it provides low dust, extra-low permeability, and high bond strength.
With a compressive strength of 2,000 psi in just 1 hour and 8,000 psi at 28 days, SikaEmaco®-1060 EX is ideal for applications that require fast return to service, such as highways, bridge decks, industrial floors, and airport pavements.
