Consolideck® LSGuard®
Short Description
Consolideck® LSGuard® is a high-performance copolymer concrete treatment that enhances surface sheen, improves stain resistance, and extends floor longevity. Designed for hardened concrete, cement terrazzo, and integrally colored concrete, it provides a long-lasting, high-gloss finish while eliminating the need for floor waxes and conventional coatings. UV-stable, breathable, and VOC-compliant, it is ideal for commercial, retail, and industrial polished concrete floors.
Consolideck® LSGuard® is a cutting-edge copolymer floor treatment formulated to enhance durability, stain resistance, and surface sheen on hardened and polished concrete. By chemically bonding with Consolideck® LS®, LS/CS®, or Blended Densifier-treated surfaces, LSGuard® provides a protective, high-gloss finish that improves wear resistance and reduces maintenance costs.
Unlike traditional floor waxes, polishes, and resin-based coatings, LSGuard® does not peel, discolor, or flake over time. This breathable, UV-stable treatment protects integrally colored and stained concrete while maintaining natural slip resistance. It is fast-drying, non-flammable, and VOC-compliant, making it an ideal long-term flooring solution for commercial, retail, and industrial applications.
