Blueskin® PreSeal™ 320 is a high-performance, pre-applied waterproofing membrane engineered to permanently bond to structural concrete surfaces, preventing water migration and ensuring superior below-grade protection. Constructed with a polypropylene (PP) membrane laminated to a chemically enhanced geotextile fleece, it provides a dual mechanical and chemical bond to concrete, forming a continuous waterproof barrier.

This pre-applied waterproofing solution is designed for foundations, slabs, tunnels, and retaining walls, offering outstanding hydrostatic resistance (231 ft.), superior adhesion, and exceptional flexibility.
